You can book accommodation with us or make enquiries in the following ways :- 1) Old fashioned telephone call on 015394 46532 2) By Email 3) Or use the form by clicking HERE BROADLANDS IS A NO SMOKING GUESTHOUSE BROADLANDS UNFORTUNATELY DOES NOT HAVE FACILITIES FOR PETS BED AND BREAKFAST TARIFF Double room £29 - £35 per person per night Single occupancy £30 - £35 per night Children over the age of 10 are welcome £15.00 per night when sharing a Family Room (depending on time of year and duration of stay) CHECK IN Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on day of departure We are happy to store luggage for collection later if you are travelling by a later train or coach Our latest arrival time is 9pm We appreciate an approximate arrival time so we can be here to welcome you. Our cancellation policy is to inform Guests in advance of any charges that may apply should they need to change their plans after making a reservation.All reservations must be secured using a valid credit card. These details are held securely and no deposit is taken from the card. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours no charge will be made. Cancellations of less than 72 hours will incur a charge of the first nights stay. Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation will be charged the total cost of the stay. If a stay has to be curtailed once a guest has arrived the full price of the stay will apply. Holiday insurance is recommended and is reasonably priced from any good broker.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS We aim to offer a relaxed stay at Broadlands and for the comfort and safety of all our guests and to comply with the current laws we request no smoking throughout the house, and request hot takeaway foods are NOT brought into the house. Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and we request guests vacate their rooms by 10am on day of departure.We are happy to store luggage for earlier arrivals or for guests catching a later train or coach. An approx arrival time is most useful so we can be here to greet you and fit in little jobs we may need to do in the village. Latest arrival time is 9pm.
